What happens if my flight arrives early or is delayed and I’m unable to notify you?

No need to worry. Our chauffeurs monitor all incoming flights and adjust to the actual arrival time. Whether your flight arrives early or is delayed, your chauffeur will be there waiting for you.

How long will my chauffeur wait after my flight lands?

Your booking includes up to one hour of waiting time from your flight’s actual arrival time.

We are travelling with a 4-year-old child. Do you provide child seats? Is there an additional charge?

Yes, we provide child seats for all age groups. The supplement for a child seat is just €5 + VAT.

We are a group of four travelling with our dog. Which vehicle would you recommend? Are you pet-friendly?

For four passengers, we would recommend a 7-seater minivan. Your dog can travel comfortably in its carrier, and if it is a larger dog, it can also travel in the luggage compartment area, which remains ventilated throughout the journey.

Do your vehicles have Wi-Fi?

Yes, all of our cars and vans offer complimentary Wi-Fi for our passengers.

For a wedding service, can we decorate the vehicle?

Absolutely. We can arrange for the vehicle to arrive in advance so that you can decorate it yourself, or we can provide ribbons or floral decorations for an additional charge, depending on your preference.

Is there a luggage limit per passenger? If so, what is the cost for extra luggage?

No, we do not impose a luggage limit. The only restriction is the luggage capacity of the vehicle itself, as only hand luggage may be carried inside the passenger cabin. For example, a passenger travelling alone who books a minivan could comfortably bring up to seven suitcases. The same would not be possible in a sedan, simply because that volume of luggage would exceed the available boot space.
