Social media privacy

In keeping with what is established in applicable regulations on the Protection of Personal Information and Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), LOPEZ RUBIO GRAND CLASS SL and MINIBUSES LOPEZ RUBIO SL, hereinafter GRAND CLASS, hereby inform users that they have created a profile on the social network(s) Facebook, X, Instagram, Flickr and LinkedIn, with the principal aim of advertising their products and services.

The user has a profile on the same Social Network and has decided to join the page created by GRAND CLASS, thus showing their interest in the information made public through the Network. By joining our page, the user gives their consent to the processing of any personal information published on their profile.

The user can access the privacy policies of the Social Network at any time, or can configure their profile so as to guarantee their privacy.

GRAND CLASS has access to and processes users’ public information, especially their contact name. This information is only used within the Social Network. It is not incorporated into any processing system.
With regard to the rights of access, rectification, restriction of processing, erasure, portability and objection to the processing of your personal data, which you may exercise before GRAND CLASS in accordance with the GDPR, you must take into account the following:

  • Right of access: This is the user’s right to obtain information about their specific personal data and the processing that has been or is being carried out, as well as the available information concerning the origin of such data and any disclosures made or planned.
  • Right to rectification: This is the data subject’s right to correction of inaccurate or incomplete data. This right may only be exercised in relation to information under the control of GRAND CLASS, for example, by deleting comments published on the page itself, images or web content containing the user’s personal data.
  • Right to restriction of processing: This is the right to restrict the purposes of the processing originally intended by the Data Controller.
  • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): This is the user’s right to erase their personal data, except as provided for in the GDPR itself or in other applicable regulations that require such data to be retained for a specific period and in a specific manner.
  • Right to data portability: The right to receive the personal data that the user has provided in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit them to another Data Controller.
  • Right to object: This is the user’s right to prevent the processing of their personal data or to have such processing ceased by GRAND CLASS.
  • Right not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling: When the processing is not necessary for concluding or performing a contract, nor is it sanctioned by European Union Law or by any law of the Member States nor is it based on consent, users are entitled not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, when this has legal effects or significantly affects them in a similar manner.
  • Right to withdraw consent: Users are entitled to withdraw their consent to any processing based on such consent, at any time and without charge

 

GRAND CLASS will perform the following actions:

  • Access public profile information.
  • Publish on the user’s profile any information already published on the GRAND CLASS page.
  • Send personal and individual messages through the channels of the Social Network.
  • Update the status of the page, which will be published on the user’s profile.

The user can always control their connections, remove content that ceases to interest them and restrict who they share their connections with. In order to do so, they must access their privacy settings.

 

Publications

Once they have joined the GRAND CLASS page, users may publish comments, links, images or photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network.

In all cases, the user must be the owner of such content, hold the corresponding copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties.

Any publication on the page, whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., which violates or may violate morality, ethics, good taste or decorum, and/or which infringes, violates or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights or the Law, is expressly prohibited.

In such cases, GRAND CLASS reserves the right to immediately remove the content and may request the permanent blocking of the user.

GRAND CLASS is not responsible for any content freely published by a user.

Users must bear in mind that their publications will be visible to other users and are therefore primarily responsible for protecting their own privacy.

Images that may be published on the page will not be stored in any processing system by GRAND CLASS, although they will remain on the Social Network.

 

Contests and Promotions

GRAND CLASS reserves the right to organise contests and promotions in which users connected to its page may participate.

When the Social Network platform is used for such contests and promotions, the terms and conditions of each promotion will be published on the Social Network itself, always in compliance with the LSSI-CE and any other applicable regulations.

The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse or administer any of our promotions in any way, nor is it associated with any of them.

 

Publicity

GRAND CLASS will use the Social Network to advertise its products and services. In any case, if it decides to process your contact information for direct commercial prospecting activities, it will always do so in compliance with the requirements of the GDRP and the LSSI-CE.

Recommending the LOPEZ RUBIO GRAND CLASS SL page to other users so that they too can enjoy the promotions or remain informed about its activities will not be considered advertising.
